Finance Manager of Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager of Reporting in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with finance teams to consolidate financial results for management reporting packages
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial P&L and liquidity performance
• Present financial analysis to finance and business leadership on a regular and ad-hoc basis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant FP&A or financial reporting experience
• Deep expertise in financial statements reporting, variance analysis, and advanced financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting processes at a corporate level
• Advanced Excel experience; familiarity with Workday, reporting automation tools, and business intelligence software preferred
