Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst in Investment Banking - Industrials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A, strategic corporate finance, and capital raising transactions with corporate finance investment bankers
• Generate analytical materials and perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for client meetings
• Develop marketing materials and maintain knowledge of industry trends and relevant information resources

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, etc.)
• Series 7 & 63 licenses (to be obtained within six months of employment)
• Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and challenging environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
