Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the overall financial strategy, including annual planning and capital allocation
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on corporate development and organizational growth
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Finance experience with a venture-backed tech company, preferably in defense or dual-use markets
• Expertise in financial strategy, capital planning, and fundraising
• Experience with M&A processes, including diligence and integration
• Strong skills in FP&A and budgeting
• Familiarity with federal government contracts and DoD compliance is a plus
