Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A efforts including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple brands
• Drive strategic financial modeling to support executive decision-making and long-range planning
• Oversee M&A integration efforts and manage key system implementations, including transitioning to a new ERP

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with a focus on FP&A
• Proven success in managing M&A integrations and financial systems implementations
• Experience leading finance in a multi-location, service-based or project-based environment
• Demonstrated tenure and stability in prior roles (3-5+ years per role preferred)
• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level
