Drive strategic financial modeling to support executive decision-making and long-range planning
Oversee M&A integration efforts and manage key system implementations, including transitioning to a new ERP
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive finance experience with a focus on FP&A
Proven success in managing M&A integrations and financial systems implementations
Experience leading finance in a multi-location, service-based or project-based environment
Demonstrated tenure and stability in prior roles (3-5+ years per role preferred)
Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level
