Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Field Support Mentor to provide education, training, and support for audit team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions and engage trainees using various instructional methods
• Complete and review audits while providing support during high-volume periods
• Maintain and update Learning Management System content and improve training curriculum based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of experience in premium auditing required
• 1-2 years of training and instruction experience required
• Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Fluency in Microsoft Office products
