Federal Coalition Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Coalition Coordinator to support engagement and implementation of strategic federal campaigns focused on food, water, and climate issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate coalition meetings and workgroups, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking
• Maintain clear communications with coalition members, partner organizations, and grassroots activists
• Support the implementation of campaign tactics and facilitate grassroots engagement through digital tools

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in advocacy, organizing, coalition coordination, or campaign implementation
• Proven ability to manage timelines and track details effectively
• Experience coordinating with multiple organizations in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with energy and climate issues, particularly carbon capture and federal permitting
• Technological proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
