Executive Director, Private Credit

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Private Credit Operations (open to remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily processing functions across securities operations including trade support and allocation
• Streamline workflows and develop new business processes for private asset classes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex projects and maintain relationships with external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) with 10+ years of investment securities experience
• 5+ years of experience in Private Credit
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Preferred MBA or relevant postgraduate degrees
• Knowledge of reinsurance or insurance industry is a plus
