Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment
• Engage with prospective students through consultative conversations to assess needs and facilitate enrollment
• Manage and update prospective student information in CRM and collaborate with various departments

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of online admissions experience in a sales-oriented role
• Self-driven with the ability to make multiple outbound calls daily
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as an individual contributor
