Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy and troubleshoot issues related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and multifactor authentication
• Complete complex tasks and manage multiple assignments as directed by leadership
• Comply with contract requirements and industry regulations while resolving user inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of working experience in related fields
• Ability to follow written policies and provide feedback to leadership
• Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems
• Ability to read and interpret moderately complex documents related to operations and healthcare guidelines
