Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Web Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain investor relations and corporate websites for public companies
  • Act as the main point of contact for client requests and manage incoming tickets through Freshdesk
  • Utilize the internal CMS to make timely and accurate website updates as requested by clients
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-centric environments
  • Experience in web content management and/or system management tools
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in client services, help desk, or project management is preferred
  • Experience working with investor relations clients and public companies is a bonus
