Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Referrals Analyst for a 6-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence Referrals workflows and referral-specific functionality
• Analyze and optimize current referral management practices to improve efficiency and provider coordination
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scheduling and referral solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Cadence Certification is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Epic Cadence, including deep familiarity with Referral workflows
• Strong knowledge of appointment request, referral workqueue, and provider scheduling best practices
• Able to work remotely and maintain productivity across CST business hours
