Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support the Revenue Organization and enhance customer lifecycle impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical product demonstrations to showcase platform value to enterprise prospects
• Design and execute proof of concepts (POCs) for prospects to test data and integrations
• Support Customer Success teams with onboarding, adoption strategies, and technical troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Deep understanding of APIs and data workflows with the ability to read API documentation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its integrations
• Basic proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript or Python) and SQL for data analysis
• Experience with AI platforms and tools, along with understanding AI ethics and compliance
