Job Summary

A company is looking for an RVP, Enterprise Sales (Central).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy in the Central U.S., focusing on new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Teach and coach the MEDDIC sales methodology to enhance forecast accuracy and deal qualification
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing enterprise Account Executives while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in SaaS or enterprise technology sales, with 3-5+ years in a front-line leadership role
  • Proven track record of success selling to Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 accounts in the Central U.S. region
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks
  • Experience with ITSM, CX, CRM, or EX solutions and understanding of enterprise buying processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales technology stacks
