Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze market potential and track sales performance and trends
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to enhance overall performance
Provide feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and explain complex information clearly
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
