Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to enhance client experiences and drive successful adoption of SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and satisfaction
  • Monitor client health and engagement to proactively identify at-risk clients and develop success plans
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure a successful client lifecycle and identify opportunities for renewal and upsell
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience in a Customer Success role
  • 2 years of experience working with enterprise-level clients
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Gainsight preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for process improvement
