Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist responsible for managing automated payment receipts and Explanations of Benefits from payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming payments to identify payers eligible for EDI, ERA, and EFT processing
• Create enrollment requests and follow up for approval and activation
• Monitor billing and payment data from payers and assist in obtaining missing EOBs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing and payment processing within healthcare
• Familiarity with EDI, ERA, and EFT processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with payers and clearinghouses
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enrollment requests
• Proficiency in using billing software and clearinghouse systems
