Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, call centers, health plans, or specialty pharmacies
• Proficiency in using computers while on calls
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of health insurance, particularly Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial plans is a plus
