Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Ability to make strong decisions in an enterprise environment with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with analytics or data engineering teams is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
