Engineering Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager II to lead the Search Discovery Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-platform team building core entry points into Search
• Define and deliver a roadmap for multimodal, context-aware, and assistive search input
• Collaborate with PM, Design, ML, and infra teams to create seamless search experiences

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience and 6+ years of experience building consumer products
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across frontend and backend
• Strong technical background in at least one area: mobile, web, or backend
• Experience with search systems, autocomplete, or intent understanding is a strong plus
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, or equivalent experience
