Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, SMB (Self-Service).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for assigned customers, ensuring mutual growth
• Prioritize customer adoption of the platform and educate on additional capabilities
• Build Success Plans and establish strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or sales roles
• Experience with enterprise brands in the influencer marketing, SaaS, or agency space
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and make strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated success in building positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams
