Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in K-12 Education, preferably in a human resources or educational services role
• Experience with district-wide college and career readiness initiatives
• Strong enthusiasm for K-12 education and professional learning
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and adapt in ambiguous environments
