Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to recruit qualified candidates for its educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with prospective students to match their needs with college offerings
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and provide high-level customer service
• Document all student interactions in the CRM and adhere to compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of enrollment experience
• Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Campus Management products is strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
