Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spectra Consultant to provide technical support and workflow consultation for their eDiscovery platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the first-tier support client experience for the eDiscovery platform
• Provide training and workflow guidance for eDiscovery phases including document processing and review
• Act as a liaison between clients and various business units to ensure customer needs are met

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of experience with legal technology platforms and eDiscovery best practices
• Knowledge of the legal discovery process and concepts related to the EDRM
• BS/BA or equivalent degree desired
• Paralegal, ACEDS, or RCA certification desired
• Experience in product development or RCA is a plus
