IT Support Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician to maintain our IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role is designed for an IT professional who can independently collaborate across departments and ensure that technology initiatives align with business objectives.

• Maintain, monitor, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including end-user devices, networks, SaaS services, and cloud environments.
• Manage and maintain on-site and remote AV Conference room equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Engage with external vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and software licensing.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including backups, disaster recovery planning, and system monitoring.
• Support the company’s employees and resolve any IT issues they report.
• Manage the company’s SaaS tools, including managing users and permissions.
• Oversee hardware and software asset management, including tracking, shipping, and reprovisioning of assets.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests and provide guidance on IT best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on technology needs and implementations.
• Assist with end-user training and support when necessary.
• Assist with end-user onboarding and offboarding.

• 1 year of experience in IT system administration, network management, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and networking.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS services including: Okta, Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewall configuration, encryption, and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
