Job Summary

A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist to manage patient documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and generate electronic forms for patient documents from physicians
• Collect and manage patient eligibility documents and contact physician offices and insurance companies as needed
• Analyze documentation for billing services and ensure compliance with payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
