A company is looking for a Dispatcher/Router Combo.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatches drivers to calls and optimizes routes based on customer needs
• Manages incoming service orders and resolves service issues
• Tracks driver movements and ensures same-day service on missed pick-ups

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
• Six months of relevant work experience in a team setting
• Ability to handle multiple programs and systems
• Desire and ability to learn proprietary software applications
• No certificates or licenses required
