Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Sourcing Operations and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide contract management function to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legal risk mitigation
• Develop and maintain Procure to Pay processes and technology, ensuring stakeholder adoption and process efficiency
• Oversee the Source to Contract technology stack and manage the enterprise vendor risk program in alignment with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Law, or related field (Required)
• 10 or more years of experience in contract management, procurement technology, and vendor risk management in regulated industries (Required)
• 5 or more years of leadership experience managing contract management and/or procurement teams (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience interacting with bank regulators and/or internal audit teams (Preferred)
• Certifications such as Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) are preferred
