Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Solutions Engineering (West).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineering Managers, providing mentorship and support
• Partner with the Sales Leader to deliver technical leadership and meet sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Americas region in alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Solutions Engineers and first-line SE Managers
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and coaching skilled SEs and leaders
• Experience with cloud security, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Strong knowledge of network engineering and operating systems
• Familiarity with risk-based security assessments and CI/CD processes
