Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or other college degree) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in social media, preferably in a Gen Z/women's digital media brand
• 3+ years of management experience
• Highly adept across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Demonstrated history of hitting and surpassing growth goals
