Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (Pardot) to manage and optimize marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch full-cycle marketing campaigns using Pardot
• Design and execute drip/nurture campaigns to enhance lead conversion
• Create and manage dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM
• Proven skills in campaign building from segmentation to reporting
• Understanding of marketing attribution models
• Ability to build automations, forms, and lead management flows independently
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo is a plus
