Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to maximize efficiency and scalability
  • Own the administration and optimization of the revenue operations technology stack, including Salesforce, Clari, and Marketo
  • Lead and mature the Deal Desk function, providing strategic guidance on complex deals and ensuring pricing consistency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields, with significant leadership experience
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce administration and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Clari, 6Sense, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
