Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field required; experience may substitute for degree
• 5-7 years of experience in operational management and process/technology optimization
• 3-5 years of experience in leading teams
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations and technology
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex organization
