Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Retirement New Business Payroll and Conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new business onboarding, asset transfer, and payroll implementation teams while focusing on process improvement and automation
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex new business solutions to optimize client satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring service requirements are met and complex issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
  • 7+ years of experience in the retirement business, including 3+ years of managerial or leadership experience
  • Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
  • Demonstrated project management leadership skills in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate automation efforts into solutions
