Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support client accounts by managing relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in account management, customer relations, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships

• Conduct client meetings and follow up to address needs or concerns

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure client campaigns are executed effectively

• Analyze data and provide feedback to improve performance and satisfaction

• Support the senior management team in developing strategic plans

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product and service knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• No previous account management experience required
