Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead Gia's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy and execution for Gia, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycle strategy
• Define and validate monetization models across segments, contributing to forecasting and contract design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and prioritize scalable AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with 2-4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM product leadership
• Proven track record in pricing, packaging, or product-led monetization strategies
• Strong fluency in AI technologies, particularly LLMs and multi-lingual models
• Experience in shipping B2B or HR tech products in fast-paced environments
• Customer-focused and able to drive alignment across multiple teams
