Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to drive and scale their product organization in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with strategic objectives and market opportunities
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team while fostering a culture of excellence
• Ensure all product development adheres to healthcare compliance standards and champion user empathy through continuous research and insights

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling product teams in healthcare or digital health organizations, particularly post-Series A or B funding
• Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including regulations and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead with urgency and accountability in a startup environment
• Experience in recruiting and developing talent within product management
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on user needs and experiences
