Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, Campaign Operations to lead and optimize the campaign lifecycle in a retail media business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end book-to-bill process for accurate campaign execution and revenue capture
• Act as the primary contact for internal teams regarding order processing and billing timelines
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality across workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, sales, finance, or revenue operations, preferably in digital media or ad tech
• Deep understanding of the advertising lifecycle, including order management and billing
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with ad servers, OMS, Salesforce, and related workflow tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
