Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Department - Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the launch and sustainability plan for the Welbe Way program
  • Design and implement training and tools to embed a service mindset and high-performing team behaviors
  • Collaborate with teams to create programs that enhance organizational culture and performance


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in organization effectiveness or related field
  • Proven ability to design and implement culture or learning initiatives
  • Experience working with senior executives and managing data-driven projects
