Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement streamlined processes for handling invoices and payments
• Oversee and manage the renewals process, ensuring strategic price adjustments and timely renewals
• Streamline accounts receivable and collections processes while enhancing customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial operations, particularly in invoicing, payments, and collections
• Strong familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite, Intacct) and CRM systems (Hubspot, SalesForce)
• Extensive experience with pricing strategies, renewals, and contract terms
• Expertise in data management, including data entry, cleansing, validation, and manipulation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
