A company is looking for a Director of Product Enablement (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for multilingual learner best practices and translation projects
• Oversee and manage multilingual learner content enablement and translation projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Lead and mentor the multilingual learner enablement and translations teams, focusing on performance and professional development

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in education or related discipline
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 10+ years of proven people management experience and expertise in multilingual learner pedagogy
• Experience in school/district leadership or educational publishing
• Strong understanding of effective translation management and team management
