Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer & Technical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives and design effective learning experiences
  • Create supporting materials and facilitate instructor-led training and workshops
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to reinforce learning and address skill gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise software learning content
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
