Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join the Revenue Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back
• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that are personalized and relevant
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of lifecycle marketing specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field, with leadership experience
• Proven track record of developing successful lifecycle marketing strategies that yield measurable results
• Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
