Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and manage the HR team
  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and manage employee relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • 7 years of GovCon experience with the SCA and DBA
  • Experience managing HR across multiple states and knowledge of state-specific employment laws
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and a high level of comfort with technology
