A company is looking for a Director of GTM Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into executable plans and ensure process discipline
• Manage and lead strategic planning activities in collaboration with regional operations and the executive team
• Provide detailed analysis of operating data and trends while acting as project manager for leadership meetings and business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading Sales Operations teams
• Domain understanding of enterprise software and business solutions
• Proven ability to develop relationships with C-level or VP-level business leaders
• Experience in managing complex global projects
• Experience in competitive intelligence and category creation is a plus
