Director of Front Line Controls

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Front Line Controls Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and strengthen the bank's control environment, including risk identification and mitigation
• Lead and execute Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes across Front Line Units
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on control effectiveness and risk management practices

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees preferred; High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management or internal audit within banking or financial services
• Experience in Operational Risk Management and Internal Controls Design
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards preferred
