Act as the key financial advisor to GTM executives, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
Lead the planning and forecasting processes for all GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Develop and analyze key GTM performance indicators and manage headcount and expense budgets
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 5+ years supporting Go-to-Market functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
Significant experience in a pre-IPO or public SaaS company
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus
