Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Aid to oversee the operations of its Financial Aid Student Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise financial aid processes, including awarding loans, grants, and scholarships
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate financial aid data and reports
• Lead and train staff in financial aid counseling and processing, ensuring high levels of customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Higher Education Financial Aid Leadership
• Expertise in federal and state financial aid regulations
• Experience in budget management and financial aid operations
• Ability to analyze data for strategic planning and process improvement
