Job Summary

A company is looking for a COL Enrollment Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the university and engage with prospective students through various communication methods
• Conduct interviews to assess student interests and guide them through the admissions process
• Meet individual recruitment goals while maintaining accurate records of communication and enrollments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Prior experience in a metrics-driven, sales, recruitment, or customer service environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Technological proficiency, especially with CRM systems and virtual communication platforms
