Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a comprehensive security and data security strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while fostering a culture of security awareness
• Guide engineers in building web applications and ensure successful delivery of releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership roles within engineering teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering security technologies and risk assessment
• Experience working in an agile or SAFe development environment
• Proactive and adaptable to evolving engineering and security challenges
