Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation or growth roles at SaaS startups
• Fluency in pipeline metrics such as CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and data analysis platforms
• Strong passion for experimentation and the ability to implement rapid testing frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a player-coach mindset to build and scale teams
